Our Essential tier is the standard clean.
Kitchen. Counters, backsplash and sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop and range exterior, cabinet faces, floors, trash out.
Bathrooms. Toilet sanitized, shower, tub and tile, sink, vanity, mirror, floors, trash out.
Every room. Reachable surfaces dusted, rugs vacuumed in place, hard floors mopped, trash and recycling out.
Everything listed above.
Interior windows, appliance fronts, light fixtures, blinds, inside the microwave, fresh linens.
Specialty detailing, range-hood degreasing, priority scheduling, a walkthrough first, and two eligible add-ons included.
Reachable means from the floor or a two-step stool. We don’t clean above that height.

05 / Who shows up
One dedicated cleaner, assigned to you, background-checked and reference-checked. Same person next visit, so you’re not re-explaining the sticky window or the cat who bolts.
They bring all products and equipment. Eco products are a $35 add-on.
Home offices, nurseries, pet sleeping areas, rooms with valuables, anything locked. Check the box and we’ll clean them.
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free. Sygora LLC, insured and bonded.
06 / Booking
Your ZIP, your home, what you want done. The price comes back on screen.
25% of the total, $50 minimum, at checkout. Never auto-charged.
Date, arrival window and price locked, confirmation by email.
Homes not professionally cleaned in six months or more are reviewed first. Jobs too big to price automatically get a custom quote. ZIPs outside our area get no quote.
Cancel more than 4 days before your clean and your deposit is refunded in full; with less notice, it’s applied toward the cancellation fee.
07 / Turnover
Checkout at 11, check-in at 3, and the linens still need swapping. Turnovers are sold in packs, linen swap included every time.
The same cleaner handles the same unit, visit after visit.

No. We schedule ahead, and the quote form shows open dates in real time.
No. Keys, a door code or someone at home all work. Keep pets away from the rooms being cleaned and valuables out of sight.
A flat $35 on house and deep cleans covers the extra hair and dander. We don’t handle pet waste or litter.
Biohazards, pet waste, mold, pests and hoarding-level conditions. No ladder work above a two-step stool, and no moving heavy furniture.
The price is settled before we start, not after. If rooms or condition don’t match your booking, we tell you in writing first. Take the new price, trim the job, or cancel for a full refund.
